We ask all first time clients to fill out a consultation form to allow us to customise your treatments and to provide us with any relevant health information which may impact on your treatments (times of treatments include filling out consultation form). Our client’s are our number one priority, to help us achieve this; if it is your first visit with us, please allow ten minutes before your treatment time to complete this form.
All clients have the right to request access to their personal data and for information on how their information is used after it has been gathered. All clients can request that their personal data is not used for marketing with SMS or Emails, your personal data can be remain in place but not used. All clients have ability to request that all of their personal information is deleted.
If you are running more than 10 minutes late for your appointment time, we may be able to offer you a shortened treatment or facilitate a rescheduled time.
As a courtesy to our clients, please give us at least 12 hours notice if you need to cancel or change your booking, please note that the full treatment price may be charged if the required cancellation notice is not given.
We request that you put your phone on silent mode and refrain from taking calls and texting while in the salon. Should you need to take or make a call while waiting for your treatment to commence, please do so in the reception. We appreciate your understanding.
